Our Wedding Style

We use a photojournalist style when we shoot weddings.  Though we set up the family and bridal portraits between the ceremony and reception, there is not much more direction from us.  Years of experience have given us a 'sixth sense' to be everywhere and to capture the most meaningful and spontaneous moments of the day. One of our favorite aspects of wedding photography is the revealing of the images.  Many times it's the first chance the bride and groom have to see what really went on that day. It's amazing how one of the most significant days of your life goes by in a blur, and you really don't even know what happened!  It's our pride to give you those moments you enjoyed, and those you missed.

We view weddings as one of the most important and meaningful days of your lives. It is the beginning of a new life together, and not to be taken lightly. We honor and respect the day of this important decision, and that is why we take the journalistic approach. We want to be there to capture the moment as it happens, not to make it happen for the photograph. We meet with the officiate before the ceremony to make sure we follow their rules, and we try to let you enjoy your day as much as possible.
