ALL PRINT AND PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately, and if the order has not yet been processed, we will adjust your order.  Replacements will be issued in the case of printing defects reported within 48 hours of receipt.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM ALBUMS

Due to the custom nature of these services, there are no refunds on any design order. Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds on any album orders. Flush Mount and Coffee Table Books are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the following instances:

- a manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours of receipt.

- the album is damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).

- in the event that the order was erroneously processed compared to the original recorded order.
